spring is here

My mom has been telling me for weeks now to get outside and photograph the beautiful plants blooming in our yard. Every year it seems like spring happens over night. I'm not sure if going to Africa has me more appreciative of the beauty that surrounds me every day, or if it's just me getting older… whatever the case may be, I have fallen more and more in love with nature and what it has to offer us.
